What are the supported operating systems?

Windows 7, 8 or 10 (XP/2003/Vista/Server 2008 (non R2) are not supported).

Do you offer a 30 Day Money Back?

No, since we are offering a 14 days free trial, users have all the time to explore and test the software, if more time needed, you can request a trial extension (additional 3 days).

Do I need to sign a long term contract?

No, for UNLIMITED Plan, you can pay monthly, every 6 months, or yearly. For Pay As You Go Plan, you pay for only what you need. No risk, you can cancel anytime.

Can I change selected plan?

Yes, you can switch from UNLIMITED to Pay As You Go or vice-versa whenever you want.

Do you store my KDP password?

No, we offer the user to save his password but in his local computer only as it's in his control, and we DO NOT save it in our servers.

Can I publish to multiple KDP accounts?

Having multiple KDP accounts is against Amazon's policy. Also, sharing your Kindle Prime account with others is against our policy. Therefore, we have set a maximum number of linked KDP accounts per Kindle Prime account to 2. (extra fees may apply).

I have subscribed for UNLIMITED plan, but I still have some tokens in my account

Kindle Prime will always give priority to UNLIMITED plan, once your subscription is expired, it will then and only then deduct tokens from your account on every new book upload.

Recently, KDP have set a file submit limitation, what can you do about this?

Kindle Prime gives you the ability to automatically restart the upload process after a certain delay (for example, after 1 hour - you control the delay).

Can I process multiple excel layouts?

Of course, with our Queue System, you can add as many excel layouts as you want, everything is saved, so you can start/stop the queue whenever you want.

Can I change the price of 1000 live book?

Yes, not only the price, but all the fields except some few like title, subtitle, author, ... (the restriction is from KDP itself, not Kindle Prime). Use our Live Books Seach feature to retrieve the desired books, export them to an excel layout, fill the fields you want to change (the price for example), re-import them back to Kindle Prime, and start the queue. (only the filled fields will be changed, without having to re-upload everything from the beginning).

What do you mean by Fast Category Selection?

Kindle Prime selects your desired categories (in "details" page) directly without having to expand the categories tree to find your categories.

Do I need to install Chrome in order to use the software?

No, Kindle Prime implements a built-in browser which gives you great advantages such as running in background, no more tabs popping up on each new upload, ...

Can I skip uploads containing errors?

Yes, you choose to get notified on errors or skip them and move to the next books. Later, you can export uploads containing errors and fix them in your excel layout, then re-import them back to the queue.

Will I have to sign into my KDP account or enter Captcha/OTP each time the upload process starts?

No, this is required for the first time only, then, Kindle Prime saves your current session and load it each time you start the queue.

My subscription has expired and I don't have any tokens, but I still have unfinished uploads

Kindle Prime allows you to finish uploading your unfinished uploads, but you can't process new books.

Can I run Kindle Prime in background?

Yes, you can start the uploading process in the background so you don't have to focus on anything other than your work.

Should I have a backup for each excel layout I create?

Not necessarily. You can move the finished uploads to Archive, and they will be saved there forever. Later, you can move them back to the queue, and export them to an excel layout if you want to make some changes, or for example if your books were rejected, then re-import them back and only the changed fields will be re-processed (Kindle Prime implements a system to automatically detects the changed fields, even the cover & interior files).

Can I add contributors in my excel layout?

Of course, you can choose to include up to 9 contributors in your excel layout.

Can I override software settings for certain books?

Yes, when exporting your excel layout, select the fields you want to override, and fill them later with different values. Leave those fields empty if you want to use settings from the software.

I have moved cover files to another folder, should I edit my excel layout and re-import it again?

No, yes you can do that, but it's a huge pain! Instead, select your books in the queue, right-click, then select Change Files Directory -> Cover, and select the new folder destination. Kindle Prime will automatically check the existance of your cover files, and also, it checks which files have changed to offer you the ability to re-process them if they were already uploaded.

What happens if I am disconnected from the network?

With our Network Issues Management feature, you will be notified once disconnected from the internet, and it will keeps checking for re-connection, once re-connected, it will automatically resume the uploading process.

What if it got stuck in a page?

If Page Processing Timeout is enabled, it will restart the process when the time passed is greater than the value of the timeout that has been set for that page, so it will never be stucked in that page.

I am connecting with a different IP each time, what will happen?

Our software signs you in to KDP automatically, but if Amazon detects suspicious activity, it will ask you to enter captcha code, at that time the software will bring the page to the front so you can fill the captcha to continue the process.
